Michigan Retailers Association

24 $1,000 to $1500 scholarships. Student or parent must be employed at a business that is a member of MRA. May apply online at bit.ly/MRAscholarships2021. Deadline is April 1, 2021. 

Pinconning Education Association

Must be a Pinconning High School senior, plan to be a full-time student at a 2- or 4- year accredited Michigan college, have attended Pinconning Schools during grades 6-12, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.  Applications are available in the Counseling Office and for Download Here, deadline is March 1, 2021.

Sunrise Family Credit Union

One $500, $1,000, and $1,500 award. Must be a member in good standing at Sunrise Family Credit Union, be a graduating senior, and be accepted at an accredited college/university or trade school. Applications are available in the Counseling Office and for Download Here. deadline is March 31, 2021. 

Bay City Morning Rotary Club Scholarships

The Bay City Morning Rotary Club is funding five (5) $1,000 scholarships and one (1) $200 scholarship to be awarded to Bay County high school seniors initiating their secondary education in the fall of 2021 using the weighted criteria described in the student instructional letter.  The student receiving the greater weighted score will be awarded the $1,500 John Shankool Scholarship.

The application and student instructional letter are available at http://baycitymorningrotary.com/scholarships/ .  We require receipt of the applications electronically to Emily@serenusjohnson.com by March 26, 2021.  The successful applicant will be notified by our Scholarship Committee and will be required to attend a Thursday morning Bay City Morning Rotary Club meeting sometime in May to receive their award.  

Part I and II of the application form are to be completed by the counselor or principal.  The application will not be considered if this is not completed.  The student will need to acquire pages 1 and 2 and any other documents (transcript and ACT/SAT) electronically to include in the submittal.


Delta College Scholarships

Delta College Scholarships are now available online. Dozens of scholarships to pick from. Go to Delta.edu/scholarships and follow the directions. Deadline is February 3, 2020. Must be attending Delta College in the fall of 2020.


Bay Area Community Foundation Scholarships

Multiple Scholarships available to Bay and Arenac County seniors and residents. More information and Applications available at http://www.glbcollegeresource.org/ Deadline is February 1, 2021.


Covenant HealthCare Foundation Scholarship

Covenant HealthCare Foundation will award six (6) non-renewable scholarships to graduating seniors currently attending a Saginaw, Bay, Tuscola, Arenac, Huron, Sanilac, Gratiot or Midland County high school.  Applicants must have a 3.75 GPA or above (4.0 scale) and be pursuing an undergraduate degree in the human medical sciences or a field directly related to the health care industry at an accredited college or university for the academic year beginning Fall 2021. Deadline February 26, 2021. Application available for download Here and should be type written as much as possible.

Covenant Healthcare Foundation Legal Dependent Scholarhip

Covenant HealthCare Foundation will award four (4) non-renewable scholarships to graduating seniors currently attending accredited high schools who are legal dependents of a current Covenant HealthCare employee.  Applicants must have a 3.50 GPA or above (4.0 scale) and intend to pursue an undergraduate, academic degree in any curriculum at an accredited college or university by Fall 2021. MEA Scholarship

Must be a dependent of an MEA member in good standing or MEA-Retired member, graduate from a Michigan public high school and plan on attending a public four-year college, community college or vocational school.   Applications are available online at www.mea.org/mea-scholarship, deadline is February 18, 2021.
