Free Application for Federal Student Aid

All seniors who plan to go on for further training at a vocational school, college, or vocational/technical school need to complete the FAFSA in order to apply for financial aid. Go to: www.fafsa.ed.gov to apply. Contact the Counseling office for more information.

Some important reminders:

Michigan deadline for applying: March 1, 2010.

Federal deadline for applying: September 21, 2010

DON’T WAIT! The sooner you apply the better chance you will have of obtaining government loans or grants to finance school.

Delta College is hosting College Goal Saturday and FAFSA Fridays to help students and their parents file the FAFSA. Dates and times are:

COLLEGE GOAL SATURDAY: February 13th from 1:00 p.m. to 4: p.m.

FAFSA FRIDAYS: FEBRUARY 19TH 11:00 A.M - 12:00 P.M.
1:00 P.M - 2:00 P.M.

FEBRUARY 26TH 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
