50 Young Learners Graduate from GSRP Preschool Program at Pinconning Middle School
Pinconning, MI – May 13, 2025 — Proud families filled the Pinconning Middle School Gym last night, May 12, to celebrate a major milestone for the community’s youngest scholars. Fifty preschoolers graduated from the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP), marking the end of their early childhood education journey and the beginning of their next adventure: kindergarten.
Dressed in caps, the children marched across the stage to receive their diplomas amid cheers and applause. Teachers and staff who guided the students throughout the year beamed with pride as they watched their little learners take the spotlight.
The evening included musical performances by the graduates, heartfelt words from teachers, and plenty of photo opportunities for excited parents and family members.
The Great Start Readiness Program is Michigan’s state-funded preschool program for four-year-olds, designed to prepare children for success in school and beyond. For many families, this graduation was not just a celebration of academic growth, but also of the community that has supported their children every step of the way.
