News Story: Pinconning/Linwood GSRP Visits Leaman’s Green Applebarn
The Pinconning/Linwood GSRP preschoolers enjoyed a fun-filled fall field trip to Leaman’s Green Applebarn on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Students, staff, and families spent the day exploring the orchard and celebrating the autumn season together.
Children learned about how apples grow, watched how cider is made, and enjoyed a wagon ride through the orchard. They also had the chance to play in the activity area, and of course, sample some of Leaman’s delicious apple treats.
The trip provided a wonderful hands-on learning experience that connected classroom lessons about nature, seasons, and healthy foods to real-life experiences. It was a day full of smiles, discovery, and lasting memories for everyone involved.
