Preschoolers Serve Up Thanksgiving Cheer at GSRP Family Event
November 25, 2025 — GSRP families were welcomed with warmth and holiday spirit as Ms. Shawna and Ms. Lexi hosted a special Thanksgiving gathering in their preschool classroom on Tuesday. The highlight of the celebration came fresh from the preschool kitchen—homemade pumpkin pie prepared and proudly served by the students themselves.
Families arrived to a festive atmosphere filled with grateful hearts, laughter, and the unmistakable aroma of pumpkin and spices. Under the guidance of their teachers, the young learners spent the day measuring ingredients, mixing filling, and preparing crusts as part of a hands-on lesson that blended math, science, and teamwork.
When it came time to serve the dessert, the preschoolers delighted guests with little pies, big smiles, and even bigger enthusiasm.
