9th grade - Anastasia G. was nominated by Mrs. Maxwell. Anastasia has an amazing attitude. Always prepared for class & ready to learn. She comes in every day with a smile on her face. She's happy, helpful, patient, kind and an all around great student. She helps others that are struggling and encourages them to do better, while helping to teach them in her own way so they understand better.
10th grade - Hailey N. was nominated by Mrs. Manor. Hailey is doing great in Chemistry. She participates in class & is helpful to classmates.
11th grade - Violet D. was nominated by Mrs. Morand. Violet is always kind and helpful to her peers. She is someone that we can consistently count on and goes above and beyond as a member of Peer Mentors.
12th grade - Collin H. was nominated by Mrs. Callard. Collin has gone above and beyond as a member of the Marching Spartans. He has filled in as a soloist when members of the band were unable to make our recent showcase, and he continues to be a positive role model for younger members of his section. I am incredibly proud of the growth he has shown as a student musician over the past 4 years.
The overall winner is Violet D. !

Rotary Youth Exchange Family to Family - Short Term Exchange Program (STEP) offers high school students a unique opportunity to experience another part of the world. During a summer the student spends 3-4 weeks abroad with a family and reciprocates by hosting the “matched sibling” for 3-4 weeks when they return home to the states.
Information and access to our preliminary applications is available on the Rotary District 6310 website https://rotary6310.com/page/youth. Preliminary applications are due Mid-December.
