On April 2nd, we proudly celebrated National Paraprofessional Day—a special moment to recognize and honor the essential work our paraprofessionals do every single day. At Linwood, we are fortunate to have a dedicated team of paraprofessionals who make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students, staff, and school community.
Our school is supported by three intervention paraprofessionals, Mrs. G, Mrs. Cindy, and Mrs. Rifenbark, who work tirelessly to help students strengthen their skills in reading, math, and other academic areas. Their small group support and one-on-one instruction help students build confidence, close learning gaps, and grow toward their full potential.
In addition, we are proud to have two paraprofessionals working with our Special Education students, Ms Kristy and Mrs. Dwyer, providing consistent care, guidance, and academic support. These team members play a vital role in ensuring that all students receive the individualized attention they need to succeed.
Paraprofessionals are the heart of our school community. Their compassion, patience, and dedication help create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student is seen, supported, and empowered.
Please join us in celebrating and thanking our paraprofessionals—not just on April 2nd, but every day—for the incredible work they do!
