Mrs. Jaime and Dr. Braun found themselves in a sticky situation today! A big thanks to them for helping the 8th grade class raise some funds for their class activities and to C&R Hardware, Town & Country, and Home Depot for the tape donations.

Today, we hit the brakes for a moment to recognize the dedicated individuals who start each day before the sun rises and end it only after every student has made it home safe.
Thank you for being more than just drivers.
You’re watchful eyes, listening ears, friendly faces, and daily heroes on wheels.
From icy mornings to rainy afternoons,
from cheerful greetings to patient goodbyes —
you make a difference every single ride.
Because of you, learning starts and ends with safety, care, and a sense of community.
We appreciate you — today and every day.
Happy National School Bus Drivers Day! 🚌💛

6th and 7th grade begin their M-Step testing tomorrow. Math is Tuesday and ELA will be Wednesday. It is important your child gets a good nights rest, device free, a good breakfast in the morning, and positive message as they head to school! Thank you!

Thursday (April 17th) is our Community Service Project at Doc Letchfield Park. We will be loading buses at 9:15am to travel to the park for our two hour commitment from 9:30 - 11:30am. We will have pizza ready for the students from 11:30am - 12:00pm. Students will load buses at noon and return back to school by 12:15pm. We would love to have parents meet us at the park to help as well, so please feel free to join us! The Bay Area Community Foundation, in partnership with Dow, will be granting us $1,000 to use toward the Loons Game tickets. We couldn't be happier to support our community by providing service and working hard alongside each other. Please, if you haven't signed both the bright pink field trip permission and the white Photo Release for your child, do that tonight and send it back to school with them in the morning tomorrow. It is imperative we get both back in order for your child to participate. If you have work gloves your child could bring Thursday, that would also be great!

The middle school track meet for 4/15/25 has been postponed. Practice will be from 3-4.
